4 Strips of diced bacon
1 chopped zucchini
1 cup shredded carrot
3 chopped green onions
2 cups white rice (Cooked)
2 cups, shredded salmon (Cooked)
4 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Table spoon Garlic Chili Paste
VIP Salsa Verde
2 Tablespoons oil
Chop all veggies into small pieces. You all have had fried rice before, you know how small. Set aside.
Shred left over salmon and put to the side.
Render bacon in cast iron skillet to about 75% done. It will continue to render and cook while other ingredients are added.
Stir in vegetables and cook until el dente. Add salmon and rice.
Pour in Soy Sauce, Chile paste and teriyaki.
Finally pour in oil on the side and fry a couple of eggs. Mix all together.
Serve in a bowl, top with Furikaki, and VIP Salsa Verde.
